Crash And Burn Poem by Rabi Anata

Crash And Burn

Calling back the rest of time
Was, it seemed, a big waste
I couldn't do a thing right
And my brain was confused like a little child's
I don't regret growing up
No, not at all
I learned a few lessons all on my own
But before, I'd fall and fall
People were always there to pick me up
But it was good to finally grow up
And 'steer the wheel' on my own
I just hope that in time
I won't slip and 'crash and burn'
