Curse Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Curse

Curse

Eagle's wings wide open and spanned on both sides
Meant true gorgeousness.

Eyes were far to be seen, sure did work on their own
And with head when it went side to side.

Wandering bird flew round and round, low and high
Searching for the food lost.

I could hear it swore; kept one curse:
"Man deserves the seagulls; turns own home
To the den of the owls'"

Machines were busy in digging Earth of Marshland…
