Cut

Cut myself in every direction.
It's all because of your lack of affection.

I cry at night when you're sleeping.
You make me cry when you're speaking.

I darkened up and now you fear me.
When are you going to let me be me?

I bled it out and now I'm bleeding.
Now it's your turn you're finally seeing.

I slit my wrists just to please you.
And now you know that it is true.

I stab myself and then start screaming.
I pinch myself but I'm not dreaming.

You knock me down but I get back up again.
For my bones have already been broken.

You really want me to be saved.
But I cut for all I've slaved.

I've already fallen through the abyss.
But you're still trying to help me through this.

I take the hammer and bruise my flesh.
It makes me feel so refreshed.

And so at the end of the day.
I cut myself in one lasy way.

I want to remember all of these harsh times.
So I do this last to remind....

You were right; I do like it.

I love your writing style and this poem hit a major nerve with me; the feeling in it is just....wow.

wow! the emotion in this one is very evidnet! it follows the same line as some of you other poems but this one is set apart by it's obvious emotions
