Cynthia Poem by Shyeir Davis

Cynthia

Rating: 4.5

I've lost my words
But before they left
They told me that I should think
About them good times
About them bad times
So I told myself
That I should wait
Because the future is near
While life's unclear until the mind understands concept
I sit and stare at the clock until you comeback
But that's still in the future
I'm acting real clueless
Illusions of her are alas young as new with no exclusion
Take a seat and close your eyes
Hath be me inside your mind
Still image of you still inside mine
But I'll be fine as long as your fine

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem is about a girl I've liked for a very long time. She moved away and now all I can do is mourn over the fact that I didn't ask her out. We still talk as friends though.
