It’s like Déjà vu again
I find you and love you
then someone else steals
you from me,
and I am left all alone once again
I guess, that’s life’s tragedy
and a very strange one,
when you think you can
change the world
for good, with your love
then you lose everything and everyone
It’s like Déjà vu again
I sit across the room
just look into thin air
and stare at the empty corner,
where I saw you once
a long time ago,
smiling and looking at me
with your fingers, you flick
your hair,
and my heart takes an instant dip
I used to see you there every day
now I wake up from a dream scared
and fall into the ocean of angst and pain
I wore my heart on my sleeve
not worried one moment
where it may lead
me
and when you would
leave
me
