Dad
I love you dad and I want you to know
I feel your love wherever I go
Whenever I have problems you are there to assist
The ways you have helped would make a quite list
Your wisdom and knowledge have shown me the way
And I am thankful to you as I live day by day
I don't tell you enough how important you are
In my universe you are a bright shining star!

Speechless! The first time I read a poem about fathers and moved emotionally with the poem, it remembered me of my dad, I'm also missing him a lot. Beautiful write, keep up the good work :)
