A year has passed,
Many things have been and gone,
And many chages too,
Our birthdays,
The first without you,
Christmas,
The birth of your first grandchild,
A boy,
Fathers day,
And your birthday,
Our pain is still strong,
As is the shock,
But the fond memories,
They are here to stay,
But as time passes,
Our pain will subside,
But Dad you are always,
Strong in our hearts,
As I write this poem,
A tear falls,
One of many over the past year,
But definately not the last,
Dad you are greatly missed,
Not just by one,
But by all,
Dad I still love you,
Very much.
