Dare To Dream Poem by Sheyanne

Dare To Dream

Rating: 5.0

Dare to dream
Who says what reality is?
That factory on the corner
That no one's been in
Is it closed down,
Or is it manned by Oompa-Loompas?

Dare to dream
Is an orphanage
Much different than
A boarding-school,
Where beatings are common
And giants might be around the corner?

Dare to dream
That woman,
Over there in the corner,
Is she simply a nice lady?
Or is she a witch
Of Norway?

Dare to dream
What if
That peach in your hand
Were giant
And you could ride it across the ocean?

Dare to dream
Challenge the mundane
Dare to dream
