What do you think this poem is about?

Dark

Grins above chins
I dispose of reality
I dispose of me
I plead insanity

Violent
Chair slamming
Knife piercing
Fetal position
Back against wall

Lights off
Blinds closed
Secular world off
Angry
Paranoid
Contemplating life
