Darkness Poem by carol vega

Darkness

What goes around, comes right back to the devil's mouth. Building blocks of lies leaves you high rise. I keep it real, no deal. Black smoke follows him, he's out on a limb. He thinks everyone is gifted like him. Not everyone can hold the truth, for God's sake. No brake when he's close to death no one can save him, lets not hold our breath. Darkness is that shadow he believes is his savior. The lonely cloud is his only friend cause his real friend realized, he is demonized. No wonder I feel his emptiness.
