Darkness Of Dawn



the light, bright with hope
awakens happiness where never seen
longing the freshness of a new day
a rebirth that has been lost

a struggle that never ends
to see the sudden death of hope
cascading darkness enveloping us all
a triumph of nihilist thought

And yet we go on
