Daydreams Poem by meghan harrington

Daydreams

In evenings darkness,
silence stirrs.
I long for him to comfort me.
I cannot share, with whom i feel,
feelings of desire.
If truth was known, and persons named,
i'll soon learn ways of life.
Where people are possesions, controlled and owned by some.
Where feelings are restricted and never learn to run.
I wonder if in daydreams, feelings could be free.
I wonder if in daydreams, he could feel for me...
