Dear Grandpa...
Dear Grandpa,
It has been four years since god called you away,
And in the midst of the coffin you lay;
Lifeless, your soul departed you;
But I am sure you will get a life new
As you left, an angel flew,
With him, hand-in-hand were you
As I gaze at the starry night;
And admire your star bright;
You smile at me,
Which gives me glee
I look at my past and filled with sorrow,
But I realize I have to lead my tomorrow
After you departed I learnt your morals;
and how you forgave bygone quarrels
Your importance felt after you left,
Everyone wept;
We now realize what a value we lost
Which couldn't be brought back at any cost.
