Dear Lord
Dear Lord I Pray
Let me be a represenative for you today
Humble my spirit to be mindful of what I say
Touch my heart so I will know its okay to obey
Because I want to display
The elements that may, make a difference
This world is in constant disarray
Full of corrosion and decay
Souls by the numbers are going astray
Living for now and throwing tomorrows away
Looking at life one way
All I can say, is Dear Lord I Pray
