Death is quitting



Death is quitting, he or she
has called it a day. It's an open and shut case,
I have a metastatic life expectancy.
No.
Yes.
We are tied to lives that are much too short,
Micky Mouse balloons on a string.
The toddler who lets go starts screaming her head off.
She is making a scene! Hit her.
Shouting will give you wrongness in your throat,
she should know that; teach her that.
