Death's Lost Prison Poem by janice etienne

Death's Lost Prison

Dig deep my deadly body lying right next to me
Dig deep within thy soul that once was he
Dig deep the blood that breathed and lived in his viens that once has been
Dig deep and bring him alive again

Live free the love that shall not die
Live free the man that lived inside
Live free the touch that wasn't shy
Live free the agony, the burden of sorrow that just won't hide

Look down angels and begin your chorus with devine souls singing
Look down and see my sweet love leaving
Look down the clouds of the heavenly gates, and block thy gates from parting
Look down and stop death from winning

Oh, dig deep great father with hands of an unforsaken god and set him free
Dig deep and bring him back to me

Rise up falllen souls of tragedy
Set free, dark eerie plains of death land whom lives in irony

Oh please live free man that is kept in darkness and wills his hands and face to look up
Live free and don't give up
