Deliveryman Poem by Rifhan Rasuli

Deliveryman

Throughout the day he sees everything
but can do nothing
for he's a mere bystander
in life where entirety is mixed together.

As he watches loss and agony, he'll pray
for all misfortune to go away
and as bliss glows in their faces
he'll hope those smiles shall last for ages.

A deliveryman, true to his belief
that life is a gift
that sorrow shouldn't be unending
and hope is always a good thing.
