If there is war
In the Ukraine
It would
Not only cause great
Suffering
But
Add to climate change
Where
The whole world
And
Future generations
Will suffer.
With the failure
Of
COP 26
Where
The world's largest
And
Wealthiest economies
Failed
Dismally
To make
Committments
To keep
Planetary
Warming
To 1.5C,
The world
And all
Lifeforms
On it
Have been
Totally
Betrayed
By the
Delusions
Of the
Political
Mindset.
So very true. Greedy and sadistic leaders promote and adhere to war at the expense of humanity.
We always EXPECT for this humanitarian stance from a poet like David, who curses war and ruin, and CARE ABOUT the mother EARTH and NEXT generations. Thank you for this precious masterpiece.
