Democracy And Crony Poem by myo han

Democracy And Crony

Light a candle
If the power is unavailable
The era of democracy in darkness.

The parliament tolerates
No words of politics
Voices of democracy weaken.

The fighter jets purchased
Are to be used
For the crushing of opponents
In the civil war.

Democracy is hiding
In the bomb shelter.

To pay off debts
One must reduce a meal a day
How hard the life of democracy is!

In the midst of the hardships
The stinking rich crony
Is jumping for joy!
