Can no one help me?
I feel lost
And sad
And confused
Is there no way out?
I’m hurt
And wounded
And dead inside
Can I not find sanity?
I feel cold
And alone
And unwanted
Why does it hurt?
I try
And cry
And wonder
But it’s like no one cares to save me.
Depression hurts
But no one can help
And I feel hollow inside
Like an empty box
Is there no hope for me?
I’m afraid
And skittish
And diminutive
Why do I feel this way?
I shouldn’t
But I do
And it kills me
Inside
Because depression hurts
Can I be helped?
