Depression's Futile Inquisition Poem by Lachlan WareFicarra

Depression's Futile Inquisition

Internally suffering, forever haunting
Eternally struggling, whenever daunting
Internally extinguished, forever vanquished
Eternally anguished, whenever distinguished

Everything is contradicting, forever frustrating
Everyone is conflicting, whenever disagreeing
Never acting, forever protracting
Continuously exacerbating, whenever disputing
Always repeating, forever existing

Internally suffering, forever haunting
Eternally struggling, whenever daunting
Internally extinguished, forever vanquished
Eternally anguished, whenever distinguished

Ever lasting, forever enduring
Never ending, whenever torturing
Together damning, forever adapting
No accepting, whenever co-operating
Peace wanting, forever searching

Internally suffering, forever haunting
Eternally struggling, whenever daunting
Internally extinguished, forever vanquished
Eternally anguished, whenever distinguished

Justice lacking, forever enforcing
Flawed controlling, whenever suppressing
Illusions manipulating, forever pacifying
Futile rebelling, whenever trying
Never resisting, forever conforming

Internally suffering, forever haunting
Eternally struggling, whenever daunting
Internally extinguished, forever vanquished
Eternally anguished, whenever distinguished

So depressing, forever taunting
Inevitable cycling, whenever unaccepting
Time flowing, forever moving
Death coming, whenever occurring
Peace arriving, forever desiring
