Despair Poem by Jacob Rudd

I look at you in despair
To find that you’re not actually there
I believe my eyes deceive me
Please, please don’t leave me
I need you in my life
But are you going to stay
I look away in disappointment
I look back and you’re gone

Is this the end?
I’m not sure
Everybody’s got to die sometime and it was you right there right then this was you’re time
I Guess I under estimated life
But can you under estimate such a beautiful thing?
I’m trying to figure out this life
Should I stay or should I go?
