Destiny Poem by aditi jain

Destiny

They burnt the houses
They killed the innocent
Thousands were left hungry
Many had lost the will to live
Many could not bear the pain

I did not do anything
Yet, they still blame me
I did not do anything,
And now they call me destiny

They soared to great heights
They overcame all hurdles
They solved all mysteries
They set new examples
All the glory, the fame was theirs

I didn’t do anything
Ah, now they praise me!
I didn’t do anything
Now they know my true worth! !

Personification at its very best. We certainly are helpless in front of destiny.
