When I think of the ruined today,
Am all sobs and worried.
The sod-filled grounds,
Once were appealing and bountiful,
Where nature's fates were acknowledged.
The green and satiable natural ranches,
That inhabited every creature impartially,
The peace and tranquil that befall due to satisfaction,
The clear, cool and clean breathe that circulated,
The serenity of the humble environs,
And the pride of exploring indigenous and exotic species.
Today all is gone..
The malicious and greedy hands were lain on them,
Land-grabbers and profit-seekers adjoining to quench their greed,
Setting hostility to the co-cohabitant of the animal kingdom,
Deeming the rifts dry, the ridges bare and tastes dull.
Nothing much would blow such demeanor that used to,
The inhabitants left desperate, always on the run or hunt,
Everyone up on their toes for survival.
We regret our life-spun is trimmed short,
Lament on the quick-gone pleasure,
Global-warming seeping its way through,
And now and then hunger tormenting our bellies.
Though all ain't gone and lost,
We can still prevent the worst,
Accept, take responsibility and proactively react.
Though all ain't gone and lost, We can still prevent the worst, Accept, take responsibility and proactively react. Well said... God bless you
