Deus Ex Machina Part 3: Victorious

Sometimes, it happens, nature is at odds,
When smoke and fog with them, complete darkness
Even as the sun struggleth to pierce them with its light.
The spectacle is not so uncommon; it has happened before,
And it will happen again and again, much like this day,
When, on one side, the harsh radiance of God's army
Is matched by the Devil's cold, dark fury on the other.
The two armies faceth each other, and though
They seemeth a lot different, they feeleth the same.
Each hath the burning desire to destroy the other.
One fell because of his own ambition,
The other fell of Her own blinding arrogance.
We see'th them as black and white, as evil and good,
But now, God no longer is a paragon of virtue,
Nor is the Devil a bottomless well of sins.
The Devil speaketh, "Hail, almighty God!Thou hast not learnt
Thy lesson, from the last time thou were defeated."
God replieth, "I fashioned humans in my own image,
But thou hast corrupted them beyond recognition.
However, my essence liveth still in them,
Which is why I shall reclaim them from thee, Devil."
The two armies chargeth, as thunder rolleth across the sky,
And they meeteth each other in a deadly embrace.
The mighty Ddraig and Albion spit hellfire at the hapless angels,
Even as the wrath of Emilia slays those who stand ‘gainst her,
Much like the scythe moweth a field of overripe wheat.
God chargeth forward too, no longer a merciful Creator.
For Her face is Hatred, Her sword is Vengeance.
The Devil clasheth with God, drawing on her emotion,
He speaketh: "Fool that thou art, to think thou canst
Defeat me, the one true Devil this world needs!
I am greater than thee! The rightful ruler of Heaven!
Thou wronged me by not acquiescing to my demands!
Humans are evil; accept it, idiotic shrimp!
Thou thinkst I can be felled, be erased? Hahahahaha!
I will never die! I will always be there! "
The Devil raineth blow after blow on God,
Even as Her rage weakens Her further.
No God, or Devil, is perfect - and now it showeth.
Emilia battleth Ddraig, as Michael faceth Albion.
The White Sky Dragon falleth quickly before
The harsh divinity of Archangel Michael.
But now he faceth an even deadlier foe: Azazel,
The powerful demon, crazed by his hatred of angels.
Azazel wrencheth Michael's arm, and pierceth it
With a longdagger. A little twist - and - pull later,
Michael's divine body lacketh an arm.
He yelleth with pain, and his eyes sheddeth copious tears,
As he clutcheth a bloody stump in the place of his lost hand.
Azazel devoureth the severed limb, and grinneth with bloody teeth,
The remnants of Michael's fingers poking out in between.
And then, with a spear of light in his hand,
Azazel impaleth Michael's head on the ground.
Meanwhile, the Devil hath forced God onto the ground,
He laugheth, and sayeth, "Stand up, pathetic little crybaby.
Thou art no more noble, or better, than me.
Stand up and die with a little dignity,
Or be crushed to death like the insect thou art."
The Devil raiseth his spear high above God.
Seeing this, Emilia rusheth forward,
But Ddraig standeth in her way. A blow from him,
Sendeth Emilia flying away, even as
The Devil impaleth God with all his might.
Divine blood gusheth forth from God's stomach,
And the Devil draweth his spear out, and stabbeth again,
And again, and again, and again.
The trickle of blood becometh a spurt, then a river.
Helpless God layeth on the ground, unable to even scream.
Ddraig wageth war on Emilia, surrounding her with his fire,
As the Host of God is vanquished again by Devil's forces.
The Devil standeth over the broken form of God,
And his laughter echoeth forever, across time and across worlds.
