Devil Child Poem by Robin Rodriguez

Devil Child

Child of the Devil
That I am,
Why am I
As happy as a clam?

You tell me
I'm evil,
That's just how you feel.
I couldn't care less
While I'm wearing
That cute red dress.

I hurt your feelings,
Well, you hurt mine
Every single day.

But I'm the child
Of the freaking Devil
So I don't count.
