The dewdrops cling with steadfast resolve.
As if knowing once let loose all is gone.
Shattering into a million pieces...
Atomic oblivion.
So they cling...
Wary of the sun's ascent.
Shivering within those concave shells...
As if in fear.
Afraid of no longer being.
Tears trace erratic tracks,
molding to the planes of my face.
Streams of emotional fluidity,
Futility.
And they cling...
Great poem i always love poems of nature and you captivate the life of a dewdropp so beautifully.
