Different Poem by Natalie Sapphire

Different

Each of us is different,
None of us the same.
It doesn't matter what colour,
Why do we call names?

We are all so diverse,
But on the exact same road.
Searching to be liked,
But instead we are foed.

It doesn't matter what you look like,
It doesn't matter what you wear.
The only thing that matters, in fact,
It matters that you care.

I read all your poems Natalie and I came here to leave my comment. I see that Yoonoos got here before me, as usual. I'm not surprised he left his comment here as well. This, I believe, is your best poem. The last two lines are as good as anyone here can write. I want you to know that particularly. Write more like them, and you'll be one of the best. Congratulations Natalie, and don't let the trials of your teen years destroy your confidence and belief in yourself. If you get a good education, particularly a good dictionary. You'll have it made. Wow Natalie, excellent poem. What a peaceful world it would be if everyone was as open minded as you.
