You tell yourself that nouthing is there
You want to look but you don't dare
Your mind relives every scary story in your head
you cruse yourself for very dark naritive read
You try to ease your pounding heart
That is when the noises start
Did somthing just call your name
Was that a sullen sound of pain
You tell yourself it's all in your head
Then you burrow deeper into bed
What if it's not all in you mind
What if it's a primal instinct left behind
We all have a fear of things in the dark
Don't you ever wonder why?
