Dont Try To Change Me Poem by venkatesh bang

Dont Try To Change Me

Are you going talk about the side of me which you have never seen?

Are you going to talk about the person who I should have been?

Am I too mature to be a teen?

Even if god is going to send his syndicate,

From this character I am not going to abdicate

Although you people abhor

For your taste I cannot help myself being so sour.

Even though, most of you consider me a rake

I don’t want to walk the streets with a character that is fake.

I have seen many of the loser’s symbol

Just because in life I had been a shameless rebel

I am not going to expose the other side of me for you to see

So don’t ever try to change me
