Doubt Is Cancer, A Metaphor

It is small.
in the beginning.
slowly starting to spread
Infiltrating Body and Soul
Your judgments are failing.
Everything and Everyone around
you is a shadow of what you
once knew.
Try to kill it,
squash it,
suffocate it,
before it's too late.
nevertheless, it starts to
consume your
Heart and Mind
slowly leading you
to a place where most
can't return
