Dread Poem by Faith Grimes

Dread

DREAD

Doomed by love

The more Engrossed

The dimmer it feels

Fear of love stirs the heart

Do its best, defense

Enveloped in icy shields

As a mighty fortress

Stops the risks

To suffer, to feel

This alone is the secret

Of vulnerable souls

Out of league

Out of joy
