Dreamcatcher Poem by David Medforth

Dreamcatcher

Rating: 5.0

If all the dreams I ever dreamt;
Captured one story true.
T'would dictate that each day spent;
Would count its hours with you.

Second thoughts analysing each
Minute detail. Labouring what is
Ours and causing us to
Daze and confuse our joys and blues.

Pity is the time before the
Ever after where I adore thee.
Lonely were the days not knowing
Your smile and grace and essence flowing.

If all the dreams I ever dreamt;
Captured one story true.
T'would be that all the dreams,
The done's, the seen's, would pale
Compared to you.
