Aloft in a haze
Interwoven in an imaginary world
Dazed at all of the possibilities
So much peace within
As the furthest reaches
Become so close
To this heart
As these visions
Comfort this awkward body
Piercing deeply
Peering into
The endless universe
Of my soul


Feeling important
Inside and all
Only till another day arrives
And the outside once again
Takes full control


I am all alone
Even in crowds
Feeling lost
But here I am smiling
As these dreams reign on




Clumsy with a peaceful angst
Contradictions are my specialty
As I never let any of them
Go to waste


Feeling loved
Being lost within
The best adventure
To have
As the sun shines down
Gracing nature
The source
Of where all true beauty comes from


So perhaps I was never all alone?
I have something to build on
The endless adventures
Of peace and love
Coming deep within
