This poem not only explains the human perspective on dreams, it also deeply expresses the undoubtful truth about dreams. Thank you for writing this, it means a lot to me because of where I am in life right now. Thanks again!

I really appreciate this poem. It enthralled me with its simple words that carry an amazing meaning. It is like a piece of advice. Whenever I read it a strong energy and motivation invade me. Come on! dream. Dreams are neither expensive nor cheap; they cost nothing. Dream! and when your dream becomes true you will fly in the happiness' air and sink in the pleasure's sea. Simply you will be indeed alive.

I love this poem because i already have the conviction that if you have a dream, a realistic one, you can with time and by all means realize it, of course if you really want it to come true. What is life without dreams? It is a hopeless life. If you do not dream, you have no goals and objectives; if you have no goals, you have nothing to realize in your life, and if you have nothing to do in your life, you are like a non-existent or a dead person. You do not want to be considered as being dead? So, start dreaming; IT IS NEVER TOO LATE.
Abdelhak Chenini (4/14/2008 5:26:00 PM)
The simplicity of the poem makes it great. I like it because the simple words touch deeply. Hughes in this poem shows how dreams give life. Anyone has dreams, and working for realizing those dreams means making a life, building a future... but if there are no dreams, imagine how meaningless our life would be! ! !
