Dreams Poem by Muriel G. Singleton

Dreams

Symbolic images reflecting activities
Displayed across the stage of the mind
Night's repose reveal hidden proclivities
Representing experiences of varying kind
Nocturne rest relieve from responsibilities
A hiatus from daytime demands that would bind;
They often invade our inner sanctum sensitivities,
Bringing to revelation subconscious extremities
I awake to reality, my dreams are designed!
