Drinking dreams
Desirably vivid
Dark, Destructive, Seductive
Trying to
Drag me back in
To a life
Dangerous for me
And all around me
Euphonic recall
Endless craving
Eliminating all logic
In my mind
Perspective is key
A positive stance
To keep me
Persevering
In recovery
Is the dream
A craving and desire
Or simply a reminder
Of how far I've come
And what one bad decision
Could see my life become
