Drinking God's Beauty Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Drinking God's Beauty

Yes, I did drink God's beauty,
His lakes, oceans and rain.
It did me so good to do,
It took away my pain.

God's golden clouds and sky,
Didn't by me get by.
I wrestled with them in spirit.
It all my body and soul lit.

Yes, I did drink God's beauty,
In the rain storms he sent.
All trees dripping, as they bent.
What more could I ask for?
