Drops Of Rain Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Drops Of Rain

Raindrops

Raindrops fell where they may.
My wet umbrella did stay,
In my hand.
It held it so tight.

Raindrops fell on flowers.
The fresh rainfall showered.
I meant to catch the drops,
In my hand and keep it's shape.

The sunshine dried the rain.
The grass turned completely green.
The raindrops vanished so.
I decided to take in the view and go.
