Dulce

Bulong sa hilang nin puso, dulce,

An namit na batingaw sa dila,

Hamis na kaipuhan pag nalason,

Hamis na masiram kaiba sa paghahalat,

Ibog nin kulog sa daghan ninipis pag natanaan,

Ugmang mamamate sa dila,

Dulce na sa ngimot garo daragang parabayle.

Dulce na kitik nin mga daraga,

Masiram an dulce na may mani,

May dulce na maurag tunawon sa dila arog kan tsokolate,

Tsokolate na garo ka daa naka-patsi kun makadakul,

Pabayai an diabetes

Kun an puso nanganganaan na sa kanser nin pungaw.

Dulce an kaiwal nin maalindukong korte nin lawas,

Pero dulce an muya nin mga babayi,

Dulce na habo nin mga Gabriella

Ta chauvinistang orig an mga lalaki,

Pero siisay sana an may kusog na mag-dae

Sa saday na siram na may dakulang pangako.

Manlaen-laen na baratilyo sa tindahan pag namumundo,

May taldes, molino, ube, macapuno,

Piso sana an presyo nin siram,

Halipot na ugma pero swabe.

Dulce an namit nin pagkamoot,

Pagkamoot na pigpatos nin asukar,

Ah dai sana kulugon,

Dai sana maging makasadiri

Ta sa tahaw nin dulce,

Askad an naghahalat.

Poem of the Day

poet Edmund Spenser

My love is like to ice, and I to fire:
How comes it then that this her cold so great
Is not dissolved through my so hot desire,
But harder grows the more I her entreat?
