Dumping Wordy Sequences On The Highway Poem by William B. Petricko

Dumping Wordy Sequences On The Highway

They're scurrying everywhere
those lexicon laden truckloads
these days
no maps, no rules

Discerning drivers avoid them
dreading
random collisions with turgid sequences
dragged conspicuously to the shoulder
begging furtive glances sideways as
the next one
the next one
the next one
comes
squealing around the curve
belching bravado.
