Dusk Poem by Raven Maloy

Dusk

I sit and watch the sun set
As the sky turns blood red
I let a maddening taught thread
I want to drop dead

As I slip far away
The blood red sky calls my name
I extinguish my ethernal flame
I just want to end this game

As lights get dimmer
The sky turns crimson gold to grey
It's my self that I betray
It's my soul that I leave to fray

As moonlight bathes me
A strange feeling thrives in me
It's my lost sanctity
All thats left of me is vanity

As the silver light fades
My soul fades within
Just let my end begin
All thats left of me is vanity
