Edge Poem by Kaytee Zephyr

Edge

Rating: 5.0

Stay away...
Please, don't come on any closer
Any further is the edge
I'm on the ground
Gasping for air that's not there
The glass is shattered
Pieces left on the ground
I grab the jagged edge
Sharp threw my flesh
Veins pump volume till there is no end
To this beginning that I've created

A begining for which we may only creat once. I could feel the panic in this poem. I enjoyed it so.
