There are two Eids celebrated by Mulsims annually the world over. Eid at the end of the fasting month Ramzan is called Choti or Meethi (sweet) Eid while the other at the end of Hajj (pilgrimage) to Mecca is known as Baqar Eid or Bari (Big) Eid...it's on this day that well to do Muslims worldwide offer sacrifice in the name of Allah or God...animals such as sheep, goats, cattle and camels are offered for sacrifice and part of their meat distributed among the poor as well while the rest if cooked by the family and friends of the one who offered the sacrifice. Eids are festivals just like Christmas, , , and are celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm by the Muslims.
