Embrace Life Poem by Joren Warren Joubert

Embrace Life

Heart beat’s heavy..
Knees weak, palms are sweaty
Then grips the tired pen.. Which he holds already
Takes a deep breath.. Makes sure hand's steady
Proceeds to draw first blood.. As success throws confetti
Conceived in my mind.. Still raw spaghetti
The huge scary space is no longer a space.
I gave it a familiar face :)
Jotted colon followed by the brace..
Conquered becomes of the once daunting s_p_a_c_e,
Another Victory.. Long live 'T-h-e - - Limit-less – Race...”

LR abbreviated..
Though in certain Areas Dense populated
Depending on respective nations views & rules
Whom so ever foolishly name/calls idiots fools.
Don’t surrender hard-earned harvest to uncomfortable fancy shoes.
Don’t despair and think “If only we had the tools
We'd be wisely copulated
Not to mention well educated,
Medicated, Sophisticated but it gets complicated..”
Let's all just be glad, that all of us made it.

The curtain's yet to be drawn
And still hangs wide open
Not all is forlorn,
Alas, It's never too late to show’em..
That we are positive and strive to Prosper at dawn
Gather we shall, & chant with one voice “We’re more than Just-coping! The curtain’s still open! ”
Not until it draws to a close, will I, my life keep devoting.
Now have faith in our Golden dawn
Instilled deep within all of us bickers Kings & Queens
We possess fortitude that endures all painful stings
Yet we are Darlings, distracted by worldly things

Let not my voice go alone seemingly spoken
Stand with me, stand closer, come here and hearken
Brothers! ... Sisters! .. Just as those curtains? My arms wait Open..)

Let’s Embrace life.
