Empty Canvas
Empty Canvas
The Salt Flats hold nothing
to the thoughts that tumbleweed
through my barren and vacant heart
Now lifeless and numb to it's surroundings
Once a canvas full of color and promise
Now so antiquated that the colors
have faded cracked and pealed
Leaving an empty canvas
