Empty Cup

  Warmth of Morning Tea rekindles the love between us
As if the hearts have melted and bonded thus.

Strange that her soul lifted up and up and up
With the steam that rose above,
As I watch my hand still holding the empty cup
And wait to be again filled with her LOVE.
