End Of Life Poem by Marcus Roe

End Of Life

Rating: 5.0

This is the end of life,
When somebody cries at night,
Diminishing the light, hoping for a
Better life to guide their way back home
When they look down the road
Seeing on the window stall candles
Shining in the moonlight wishing that
Was their home.

This is the end of life,
When somebody cries in the twilight,
Tears rolling down their face, looking
Down seeing their reflection, hoping
For a better life to guide their way
Back home. They need love this world
Can’t survive alone, souls diminishing
Faces’ turning to blurs.

This is the end of life,
When somebody cries on the Oceanside,
Watching the sunset, hoping for a better life,
To guide their way back home.
Tears rolling down innocent faces
Hearts broken in two’s, trying to
Find the other half, on their way
Back home.
