Endeavor Poem by George otto Becker

Endeavor

Rating: 4.5

Comes a time to endeavor
Stand your ground and stay your behavior
Rejoice in this life and be with those you love together.
Spend your days with love and happiness as you bask in the glory of eternal splendor.
The great clock of life ticks away each day
Let not those you love to stray
Spend each day with eagerness to shine great light upon all you meet
And realize that life is short
Slow your guns and armies
Your monies and gods
Your nations and the frauds
Be thankful the sun does rise
