Time 'ticks off' more moments
'Tis seconds of tortured clock work, mine
Borrowed or wasted, who knows, who cares?
As aging highlights life's steady decline
Too many hours passed- -idle- -
Reclused in a time capsule- oft' unkind- -
Inner rage burning it's way outside
Lost days- -i can no longer find
'What if, what if'- -i query
No answers- -in this deafening still
Tomorrow 'tis never a promise to any
For today- yes today- we've had our fill! ! !
